Valley Legal Documents

Valley Legal Documents LLC was started by Deborah Uhtof and her husband Ken in 2002.  The company mission is to provide the public with accurate, high quality completed legal forms and documents at affordable prices for people who represent themselves in their own legal matters.  Deborah is our Principal Partner and Senior Legal Document Assistant.  She has 25 years experience preparing legal documents.  Prior to starting Valley Legal Documents, Deborah headed her own Contract Paralegal business for seven years, serving various law firms in Santa Clara County, California.  For ten years prior to that she was a Paralegal in a leading San Jose, California law firm specializing in Family Law and Estate Planning.  She holds her Associate in Arts degree from West Valley College in Saratoga, California and her Paralegal Certificate from De Anza College (curriculum certified by the American Bar Association) in Cupertino, California.  Ken is the office manager, and performs accounting and advertising duties for the company.  He holds his Bachelor's degree from the University of California.  Valley Legal Documents LLC is an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau of Santa Clara County, California. 

Our office is conveniently located at the intersection of the 85 and 87 Freeways in south San Jose, CA.  Our newly decorated office features a pleasant, air-conditioned environment with a view of the Santa Clara Valley foothills.  Valley Legal Documents has a private conference room within our office to maintain the privacy of our clients when discussing their legal document needs.
