Valley Legal Documents LLC was started by Deborah Uhtof in 2002. The company mission is to provide the public with accurate, high quality completed legal forms and documents at affordable prices for people who represent themselves in their own legal matters. Deborah is our Principal Partner and Senior Legal Document Assistant. She has over 27 years experience preparing legal documents. Prior to starting Valley Legal Documents, Deborah headed her own Contract Paralegal business for seven years, serving various law firms in Santa Clara County, California. For ten years prior to that she was a Paralegal in a leading San Jose, California law firm specializing in Family Law and Estate Planning. She holds her Associate in Arts degree from West Valley College in Saratoga, California and her Paralegal Certificate from De Anza College (curriculum certified by the American Bar Association) in Cupertino, California.
