NOTARY SERVICES
We are bonded and licensed Notary Publics in the state of California. By statute, the fee for each signature notarized on a document is $10.00 per signature. This fee is only applicable for each signature being notarized. It is not applicable to any "subscribing witness" whose signature may be required to complete the notarization. We can complete any type of notarization that is legally permitted, including Notary by Subscribing Witness, Notary by Mark, and Jurat (Sworn Statement).
We can also perform a Mobile Notary service for residents in the Santa Clara County, California area. The fee for our Mobile Notary service is based on the distance and time required for the service. We have completed Mobile Notary services for clients that are immobilized in their home, hospital bed or rest home. The person whose signature is being notarized must have valid photo identification.
