Small Claims This is appropriate for lawsuits up to $7500 in the state of California.
Summons and Complaint
This is appropriate for Civil Suits over $7500 in value. These actions are heard in Superior Court. These are Civil Actions that can be limited or unlimited in the amount that you want to recover from the party you are suing.
Answers to Complaint
These are the court documents used to respond to a Civil Complaint. If you have been served with a lawsuit, your Answer is your response to the lawsuit. The Answers to Complaint also prevents a Default Judgment from being taken against you in court.
Discovery Request
These court documents are used to request Discovery from the other side of your Civil Complaint. Depending on the Discovery that has been served on you, or that you wish to serve on the other party, the price is quoted based on the complexity of your case and the time required to complete the documents for you.
Enforcement of Judgment
These court documents include an Abstract of Judgment, Writ of Execution and/or Wage Assignment to facilitate your collection of your judgment amount from the other side of your Small Claims or Civil Complaint lawsuit. Again, our price is quoted based upon the time required to complete the documents for you.
