ANNULMENT
An annulment ("nullity of marriage") may be appropriate to dissolve your marriage when one or more of the following grounds for annulment has occurred:
- Fraud
- Force
- Physical Incapacity
- Mental Incapacity
- Incestuous Marriage
- Bigamous Marriage
- One Spouse Too Young To Marry
A court appearance is normally required, at which the Petitioner must prove to the court's satisfaction one of the above grounds for annulment. If the annulment is granted, the judgment is effective immediately, and the marriage is nullified. There is no waiting period, and you may remarry immediately.
We offer annulment pricing that is based on your marriage situation and legal document requirements. Since a court appearance is required to achieve the annulment, please contact us to review your particular requirements so we may quote a fee.
