Sometimes, as your life situation changes, you may need to amend your Living Trust and change your Will to reflect those changes.  A Trust Beneficary, or your Successor Trustee, may pass away.  The Executor your appointed in your Will may relinquish their role or no longer be available.  Or, you may want to update your Living Trust to take advantage of changes in tax laws.  We can help you by making the changes to your Trust and Will that you request.
